Experienced Frenchman won't be joining Bologna

Olivier Dacourt's agent doubts whether his client will leave Inter Milan for Bologna during the winter transfer window. The 34-year-old, tough-tackling, French midfielder is on the lookout for a new club after slipping down Jose Mourinho's pecking order. Dacourt has been strongly linked with a move to Bologna, but his agent Giorgio De Giorgis believes if he were to join the club, a transfer would have already materialised. "I really don't think anything will happen with Bologna," he told Radio Kiss Kiss. "If Bologna really wanted him, they would have already signed him. Nothing has happened." Serie B outfit Parma have been strongly linked with a move, but De Giorgis does not believe his client will drop a division from first-team football. "We wish to find a new solution," he continued. "There's Parma, who have practically called us every day. "But Dacourt won't drop down a division, despite being flattered by their big interest."
