Israel midfielder wants qualification

Yossi Benayoun is confident Israel can spring a surprise at Wembley on Saturday. England created the better chances in a goalless draw in Tel Aviv earlier this year, but Benayoun insists Israel were still good value for their point. The midfielder is now looking for his side to upset the odds and take a huge step towards qualification. "England controlled the game in the second half but in the first 15 or 20 minutes we played better than England so I don't think anyone deserves more than a point," Benayoun said in The Mirror. "I believe we can get a good result against England and that would leave the group very tight and give us a chance of qualifying." Tal Ben Haim also believes Israel are capable of taking something from the game. "On paper England are the better team, but in one game over 90 minutes nobody knows what is going to happen," he explained. "I think they are confident, but if we play well, it could be very good for us."
