A Sky Bet customer earned £16,609 from a £1.69 stake after correctly predicting the score in four Europa League matches on Thursday night.
The Manchester-based punter backed Tottenham to beat Dnipro 3-1 (12/1), Basel to defeat Maccabi Tel Aviv 3-0 (11/1), Juventus to win 2-0 at Trabzonspor (6/1) and Sevilla to claim a 2-1 win over Maribor (8/1).
Combined on the same slip, the selections generated odds of almost 10,000/1, leaving the online bookmaker with a sizeable hole in its pocket.
Sky Bet's Head of Football Trading Paul Wiggins said: "At times like this, the only thing you can do is take your hat off to the punter and say congratulations.
"Whether it was pot-luck or phenomenal judgement, it's a unique win and we're certainly counting the cost ahead of another tricky weekend of football for the bookmakers.
"Perhaps this customer should try his hand at our football prediction game Super 6 - if he can get four out of four, there's no reason why he can't go for six, especially as it's free to play."
