Blaise Matuidi believes Paris Saint-Germain can overcome the absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic to finish off Chelsea and reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
PSG are in a strong position ahead of Tuesday night's quarter-final second-leg tie at Stamford Bridge after winning 3-1 in Paris last week.
Star striker Ibrahimovic picked up an injury in that game and will miss the trip to London, but Matuidi insists the spirit in the PSG squad is stronger than ever.
And the midfielder is determined to help his side get a result which would provide French football with a massive lift.
"The atmosphere in the group is excellent. We are all focused," Matuidi said in L'Equipe.
"Of course, we want to achieve a great match. We will have to be completely focused at that moment. Not before, not after.
"It would be something exceptional to reach the Champions League semi-finals. All French people expect that.
"The absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic? We will also play for him, because it is important for him to play the semi-finals.
"It would be great to repay him for what he has given to the club since his arrival at PSG."
