Celtic will take on Swedish side Helsingborgs for a place in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
The Scottish champions were pitted against Henrik Larsson's former club in the draw for the play-off round, which was made on Friday in Nyon.
This is the first time that Celtic have met a team from Sweden in a European competition and will aspire to get the better of their opponents over two legs slated to be played later this month.
Another interesting tie will see Portuguese club Sporting Braga battle Italian outfit Udinese, while Malaga of Spain will have to get past Greek giants Panathinaikos for a place in the group stage.
Spartak Moscow against Fenerbahce, Borussia Monchengladbach versus Dynamo Kiev and Lille v Copenhagen should also prove to be intriguing ties.
In the other play-off dates, Basel will take on Cluj, BATE Borisov will face Hapoel Kiryat Shmona, Limassol will confront Anderlecht and GNK Dinamo will square off against Maribor.
