Young keeper wants to be playing more regularly

Vitesse goalkeeper Eloy Room has hinted he could go out on loan in the January transfer window in search of regular game time. The 22-year-old was the Eredivisie club's first-choice keeper last season but has been displaced between the sticks by Piet Velthuizen, making just one appearance so far this term. Dutchman Room is not ruling out making a temporary move elsewhere in the winter break as he looks to play more regularly. "It's an option," he told AD. "It's not saying I want to leave or that I am doing, but I need to play games. "It would be better for me and better for the club."
