Tim de Meersman and Elridge Rojer will be allowed to leave Vitesse Arnhem on loan in January.
The pair are not regular first-team members under Aad de Mos and the Vitesse chief feels it will be best if they head out on loan.
"For them it's better if they are loaned out to a club in the Netherlands or Belgium," De Mos told Omroep Gelderland. "If everybody is fit, then they are often in the stands."
De Mos has his eyes trained on the transfer window and is looking at ways of beefing up his squad.
"If we want to reinforce ourselves during the winter break, then we will have to be creative," he added. "Vitesse have been in this situation before.
"I only want foreign players if they are of added value."
