NEC Nijmegen have handed a new contract to Rutger Worm and are in talks with Bas Bakker.
The 20-year-old striker Worm has made a positive impression since breaking into the first team at NEC and has been handed a deal which ties him to the club until 2009.
Worm has played 16 games this term and will look to continue his development over the course of the next three years.
Bakker, meanwhile, is mulling over a contract which was put in front of him this week.
The defender has risen through the youth system at NEC and is being tipped to feature for the first team next season.
NEC are hopeful he will commit his future to the club in the next few weeks.
