NAC Breda will be playing Eredivisie football next term as a 0-0 draw with Volendam secured their top-flight status.NAC claimed a 2-1 win in the first leg and it proved enough to fend off the challenge of Volendam who could not find a way to goal on Monday evening.
Volendam had the better of the contest, as NAC struggled to claim a foothold in the game, but Ernie Brandts' side could not find a way to goal and will have to play in the second tier once again.
Jack Tuyp and Charles Dissels had decent chances for Volendam, but were repelled by NAC keeper Arno van Zwam, while the home side played the final 35 minutes with ten men after Timothy Derijck was given his marching orders.
