Promoted Excelsior have wrapped up the permanent capture of Sigourney Bandjar.
The defender has been on loan at Excelsior for the last couple of seasons and helped the club secure promotion to the top flight last term.
Bandjar's parent club Feyenoord decided against handing the 21-year-old a new deal and this paved the way for Excelsior to step in.
Excelsior put a two-year deal before the Surinam-born stopper and he signed on the dotted line on Thursday.
