Feyenoord are looking to loan out Glen Loovens for the second half of the season, with fellow Eredivisie side De Graafschap the most likely suitors.

The 21-year-old has been marginalised after the arrival of Andre Bahia at De Kuip, and boss Ruud Gullit (pictured) looks set to also bring in United States international Cory Gibbs.

According to De Telegraaf the young defender has met technical advisor Leo Beenhakker this week about a move to Doetinchem.

Loovens completed a similar loan spell at Excelsior last season and returned to Gullit's team in the summer. However since then he has only made six appearances due to the form of Tunisian starlet Karim Saidi.

In other news Feyenoord look to be interested in FC Groningen's Kurt Elshot. The 27-year-old right back is out of contract in the summer and has pitched in with two goals to help take Groningen to 12th in the league.
