The agent of Chelsea youngster Jeffrey Bruma has confirmed he has opened talks with PSV Eindhoven over a possible move to the Philips Stadium.
The 21-year-old began his youth career in the Netherlands with Feyenoord before moving to Stamford Bridge as a 15-year-old in 2005.
He has only made four senior appearances for the club in that time, being sent out on loan to Leicester in 2011 and then - for the past two seasons - to Hamburg.
The German club opted not to sign the Holland Under-21 international permanently and it was expected Bruma would see out the final year of his Blues contract back in England.
However, he could now move to the Eredivisie, with his agent Jan de Visser confirming he had spoken to PSV technical director Marcel Brands and coach Philip Cocu over a possible summer transfer.
"It was a first meeting. We will listen to each other," de Visser told Voetbal international.
"I expect there are other sides interested as well but we are curious about the plans for next season."
