PSV Eindhoven's relentless march to the Dutch title shows no signing of slowing up as they chalked up their 11th consecutive victory against Heracles on Friday night.
The 3-0 win now puts PSV ten-points clear at the Eredivisie summit as they continue to impress both domestically and in Europe, where Arsenal now await in the knock-out stage of the UEFA Champions League.
PSV's cause was helped considerably in the first period when Heracles had Australian defender Eddy Bosnar red carded for a professional foul on Arouna Kone.
The home side soon made their visitors pay when Timmy Simons converted a 25th minute penalty, giving PSV a lead they took into the break.
In the second period PSV's dominance was rewarded when their veteran captain Philip Cocu headed in a second just six minutes after the interval.
An excellent night's work was given added gloss when Patrick Kluivert scored his first goal for PSV in the 64th minute.
