Austria Vienna coach Frenkie Schinkels has expressed delight at the club's capture of keeper Jelle ten Rouwelaar.
The 25-year-old custodian was deemed surplus to requirements by PSV Eindhoven and they allowed him to head to Austria for a trial.
Ten Rouwelaar made a positive impression during his spell in the Alpine nation and was handed a two-year contract this week.
"He is a lad with a strong character and is also a very good goalkeeper and we like that," said Schinkels.
Ten Rouwelaar was extremely highly rated as a teenager and he will look to resurrect his career with Vienna.
