PSV Eindhoven midfielder Csaba Feher has returned to his home country on loan after failing to make an impact at the Dutch outfit.

The 29-year-old has joined Hungarian side Ujpesti TE until the end of the season whom he previously represented from 1996 until 1999.

Feher arrived at the Philips Stadion last summer after impressing in Holland for NAC Breda, and was originally viewed as a replacement for Dutch international Mark van Bommel.

However, van Bommel did not depart as expected, and as a result Feher found his first team chances restricted under coach Guus Hiddink.

After just four league appearances all season the player now has a chance to gain some regular football in his home country.

Ujpesti TE are currently fourth in the Hungarian top flight, nine points behind leaders Ferencvaros.
