NAC Breda are looking to push through a deal for Stefano Seedorf after the player was told he has no future at Ajax.

Seedorf has impressed NAC during his loan stay from Ajax and are ready to offer him a permanent contract after the Amsterdam giants informed the player he would not be handed a new deal.

"Stefano is a young player who never neglects his duties," NAC trainer Ton Lokhoff told BN/De Stem. "We like that.

"We shall see if we can reach agreement with him."

NAC have a fortnight to decide whether or not to press ahead with the signing of another Ajax loanee, Nourdin Boukhari.

"We have an option to buy him, that is due to expire on April 1," said NAC director Theo Mommers. "We had agreed to take a decision over that after the semi-finals of the Amstel Cup. So that has to happen soon."

NAC are also looking to agree new contracts with Rob Penders, Tamas Peto and Csaba Feher.
