AJAX are looking prepared to sell Swedish World Cup striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, if there is interest in the youngster from other clubs.

The 21-year-old has failed to find his best form this past season in Die Eredivisie, after making a £5 million move from Allsvenskan side Malmo in June 2001.

The Amsterdam side's boss Ronald Koeman (pictured) may be prepared to let the Swedish flop move on, with Egyptian striker Ahmed Hossam and Greek hitman Nikos Machlas being more useful options up front.

Also, Dutch international striker Victor Sikora is ready to sign from Vitesse Arnhem this weekend.

Ajax captain Cristian Chivu has pledged his future to the Amsterdam ArenA side, with the Romanian international looking forward to the Dutch champions embarking on Champions League football next season.

The Amsterdam giants are also interested in acquiring Vitesse defender Dejan Stefanovic and Willem II midfielder Denny Landzaat ahead of next season.
