AZ Alkmaar have won the race to sign Malmo starlet Zia Sakirovski.
English giants Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City were amongst the clubs to have held talks with the highly-rated teenage striker.
Sakirovski visited England last year, but he has spurned a move to the Premier League and also Ajax to sign a three-year deal with AZ.
Sakirovski told AZ's website: "AZ is the right club for me at this stage of my career. I have visited clubs like Manchester City and Ajax, but AZ gave me the right feeling.
"Back in November I visited Alkmaar and we kept in touch. AZ is well known as a good club for Scandinavian talents. Rasmus Elm and Pontus Wernbloom have grown to a higher level here."
Sakirovski says a move to England is something for later in his career.
"A move to a top English team is not something I have thought about yet. In the Netherlands I will get the time to develop myself."
