Ajax booked their place in the last 16 of the Dutch Cup with a 2-0 win over ADO Den Haag.

Jaap Stam set Ajax on their way with the opener after just seven minutes and Dutch international Klaas-Jan Huntelaar wrapped up the win with the second goal on 65 minutes.

PSV Eindhoven coasted into the next round with a 4-0 victory over Vitesse Arnhem.

Arouna Kone opened the scoring on 18 minutes and Jason Culina doubled the lead seven minutes later.

Jefferson Farfan added a third 12 minutes from time and Timmy Simons completed the rout with a the fourth from the penalty spot on 84 minutes.

AZ Alkmaar were the biggest winners of the night with a thumping 8-1 win over amateur side Genemuiden.

Rogier Molhoek and Kees Luyckx were among the scorers for an under-strength AZ side.

FC Haarlem sealed their place in the last 16 with a narrow 1-0 win over FC Den Bosch.

Utrecht thrashed Rijnsburgse Boys 5-0 to ease into the next round.

Goals from Robin Nelisse (2), Marc-Antoine Fortune, Gregoor Van Dijk and Rick Kruys were enough to give Utrecht a comfortable passage into the last 16.
