AZ Alkmaar have agreed to loan Theo Zwarthoed to Excelsior.
The 23-year-old keeper, who has a contract with the club until the summer of 2007, has struggled to establish himself at AZ and the club's capture of Joe Didulica has pushed him further down the pecking order.
AZ are keen for Zwarthoed to accrue some experience and have sent him out on loan to Excelsior.
AZ, meanwhile, have made their peace with Ajax and the two clubs are ready to deal with each other again.
The two clubs have been at loggerheads since the controversial move of technical director Martin van Geel from AZ to Ajax.
They held talks recently and have decided to put the controversy surrounding van Geel behind them.
"AZ want to work on a professional basis with Ajax again," read a brief statement.
