Goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton is on the brink of joining PSV Eindhoven from Roda JC, technical director Gerald Wielaert has confirmed.
Reports in the Dutch media suggest the Polish keeper is set to undergo a medical at PSV on Monday ahead of completing a move.
The two clubs are thought to be in advanced negotiations over a deal, with the proposed transfer fee believed to be in the region of €2.5million.
Roda chief Wielaert told Voetbal Primeur: "We've got two weeks until the transfer window closes. We will have lost our goalkeeper and will have to find another.
"We have confidence in (reserve keeper) Mateusz Prus, but want an experienced goalkeeper for the first team."
PSV currently have three goalkeepers on their books; Andreas Isaksson, Casio Ramos and Khalid Sinouh.
Ramos will reportedly seek a move away from the Philips Stadion if Tyton completes a move to the club.
