South African forward Bernard Parker has departed FC Twente for native club Kaizer Chiefs, the Dutch side has confirmed.
The 25-year-old returns to his homeland after a two-year stint in Europe, having briefly played for Red Star Belgrade before arriving in Enschede in 2009.
Twente confirmed on their official website: "Bernard Parker will immediately move to the South African club Kaizer Chiefs."
Parker spent the final half of last term on loan at Greek side Panserraikos after making just three appearances for Twente that season.
The South Africa international, capped 37 times for the Bafana Bafana, notched up 17 outings for the Eredivisie side overall, helping them to the title in 2010.
