Derk Boerrigter: His goal wasn't enough for Ajax, who conceded two late goals to draw 2-2 with NAC

PSV's title charge gathered pace with a win at De Graafschap, while late goals denied Twente and Ajax victories.

Georgino Wijnaldum hit a brace as PSV climbed up to second with a 3-1 win over struggling De Graafschap.

Tim Matavz gave the visitors an early lead only for Soufian El Hassnaoui to bring De Graafschap level 11 minutes later.

The second half belonged to Wijnaldum though, first skipping past Ted van de Pavert and firing past De Winter nine minutes into the second period and then, with six minutes left, outpacing the defence and finishing into the corner.

Ajax blew a two goal lead in the final five minutes at home to NAC Breda. The Amsterdam giants, who announced on Friday that Louis van Gaal will return to the club as general director next summer, went in front after 36 minutes though Miralem Sulejmani.

Highly-rated youngster Derk Boerrigter looked to have sealed the win when he fired home with six minutes left.

However, fellow substitute Santi Kolk made for a nervy final few minutes when he struck for NAC just 60 seconds later and Robbert Schilder completed the comeback in the 89th minute.

Draw

Heerenveen held on to their place in the top six thanks to a 1-1 draw at home to RKC Waalwijk.

Substitute Gerald Sibon was the hero for the home side, with his strike 14 minutes from time cancelling out Geoffrey Castillion's 12th minute opener.

FC Twente dropped down to third after they were denied victory at SC Heracles.

Peter Wisgerhof's 50th minute goal looked to have given the Tukkers all three points before Lerin Duarte popped up in injury time to secure a dramatic share of the spoils.

Roda moved six points clear of the bottom three with a 2-1 win away at NEC Nijmegen.

All the goals came in the second half with first Sanharib Malki and Wiljan Pluim putting De Limburgers two goals ahead.

Melvin Platje halved the deficit with 14 minutes left but they couldn't avoid a defeat that sees them fall below their opponents and into 14th.
