El-Hadji Ba is flattered with reports linking him with a move from Le Havre to Sunderland.
The 19-year-old midfielder, previously a target for Tottenham, is also attracting interest from Borussia Dortmund following impressive performances in France's Ligue 2 and for France's Under 20 side.
Sunderland are said to have begun negotiations with Le Havre , who are believed to have slapped a €5million price tag on the player.
"To be honest, I am flattered by my name being mentioned with clubs such as Sunderland and Dortmund," Ba told Skysports.com.
"Nothing has been decided yet, but Le Havre will be the one to decide if they still want to keep me at the club."
