Juventus midfielder Diego has completed his medical at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, according to reports in Germany.
The Brazilian midfielder's future has been in doubt for several weeks and he finally looks set to leave Serie A.
He has long been a target for Steve McClaren at Wolfsburg and he is now set to sign a four-year contract with the club.
It is understood Juventus are set to secure a figure in the region of 15million euros for his services.
Wolfsburg refused to comment on the possible transfer after Diego was seen visiting team doctors late on Wednesday.
The talented Brazilian signed for Bianconeri in July 2009 after three years with Werder Bremen but failed to have an impact in the Italian league.
