Dennis Aogo is refusing to comment on speculation linking him with an exit from Hamburg, despite the manager failing to confirm his future.
The midfielder, who can also play at left-back, is one of a group of players linked with moves away from the Imtech Arena in order to raise transfer funds for the Bundesliga side.
But the 26-year-old, who joined the club from Freiburg in 2008, is not worried about the reports.
He told Hamburger Abendblatt: "I am a Hamburg player and as long as no-one from the club tells me I am up for sale I won't be concerned with it."
Everton's Nikica Jelavic is reported to be one of the players Hamburg are hoping to raise money to bring in, but manager Thorsten Fink insisted he was leaving the transfer dealings to his general manager.
He said: "I am the manager and I am working with the first-team squad I have available in training. The rest is pretty much the job of Oliver Kreuzer."
