Bundesliga outfit Hannover are set to complete the signing of Hungary international Szablocs Huszti.
The 23-year-old Metz midfielder revealed that he has all but finalized a move to the AWD Arena.
''Things should be sorted on Monday or Tuesday,'' he told Kicker.
''Hannover is a great chance for me to develop.''
Reds general manager Ilja Kaenzig confirmed Hannover's interest, adding that Huszti was a previous target for the club.
''We were looking at him before he went to Metz in 2005,'' said Kaenzig.
''The fact that Metz have been relegated makes it easier for us to get him now. Indeed one could say that he is now a real bargain.''
It is expected that Hannover will pay around é¼300,000 (£210,000) for the player.
