Stopper pens three-year deal with Dutch champions
Swedish defender Rasmus Bengtsson has joined Dutch champions FC Twente from Hertha Berlin.
The 24-year-old has signed with the Enschede club on a free transfer which will keep him at De Grolsch Veste until 2013.
Bengtsson, who endured a disappointing campaign in the Bundesliga last term, is hoping to secure a spot in the Twente first team.
"I am really happy about this," Bengtsson told Expressen.
"They won the league and they will play in the Champions League. It's a club which is growing.
"It feels great to get the possibility to play here. Right now, the first priority is to break into the team."
