Dante agrees to join as Olic seals move away

Bayern Munich have agreed a deal for Borussia Moenchengladbach's Dante, whilst Ivic Olic has confirmed his move away from the club by signing for Wolfsburg. Dante will join Bayern at the end of the season, ending a three-year stint with Gladbach. The 28-year-old joined Borussia in 2009 from Standard Liege and has emerged as one of the best defenders in the Bundesliga. "Bayern are one of the world's biggest clubs and there I can have the chance to play at the very highest of levels and win titles," Dante said. "I am now 28 years old and want to take that next step in my career." Meanwhile, Olic has confirmed his move away from the Allianz Arena, signing for Wolfsburg. The 32-year-old Croatia international, who has been at Bayern since 2009 but has spent most of the season on the bench, will join Wolfsburg on a two-year contract. "Ivica is the absolute professional," said Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath. "His will, running and passion are exemplary. I am convinced he will lift our team with his qualities."
