Injury-plagued Werder Bremen defender Umit Davala has indicated that he will leave the Bundesliga outfit in the January transfer window.
The 32-year-old has been sidelined for much of the season with hip problems, and has rarely featured in the last 18 months after being struck down by a series of serious injuries.
The summer signing of Germany international Patrick Owomoyela has also reduced Davala's chance of making the starting line up at the Weserstadion and the Turk has now revealed he will be looking for pastures new.
Davala reportedly wants to leave Bremen during the winter although he has yet to disclose where he might go.
