Player yet to agree terms on loan move

Schalke boss Horst Heldt has confirmed the club are willing let Anthony Annan go out on loan to Vitesse Arnhem but the player has yet to agree a deal with the Dutch outfit. The 25-year-old only joined the Bundesliga club from Rosenborg in the January transfer window, making nine appearances in the second half of the 2010/11 season. However, Heldt is willing to let the player leave the club on a temporary basis for the duration of the 2011/12 campaign. Spanish outfit Sevilla were also interested in taking the Ghana international to La Liga but it seems Vitesse are now in pole position, subject to the player's approval. "Anthony has to decide if he wants to make the move or not," Heldt told Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung. "The clubs have already worked out the details of the loan deal and found an agreement. It is up to the player now."
