Werder Bremen winger Aaron Hunt says that he will make a decision over his future during the next month after holding talks with the Bundesliga club.
The 27-year-old's contract at the Weserstadion is due to expire at the end of the season and a number of Premier League clubs have been said to be monitoring his situation.
Stoke City and Southampton have previously been reported to be among those tracking Hunt despite manager Thomas Eichin insisting that he will be staying.
Discussions over a new deal began in February and Hunt plans to decide his intentions by the end of March.
"We have talked about it," he told Sky Deutschland television. "My plan is to put up the decision during the next month.
"I may have decided it by mid-month or at least at the end of the month."
