Hoffenheim midfielder Roberto Firmino has confirmed that he is aware of the transfer interest in him, but remains committed to the club.
The Brazilian has had an impressive season for the Bundsliga side, scoring eight goals in 16 appearances, and is under contract at the outfit for another 18 months.
The 22-year-old is an attacking midfielder who plays just behind the striker and the player has openly spoken out about his desire to play in Europe.
Firmino told BILD: "I have heard about the interest of Atletico Madrid and from Russian clubs on my services. For me it's definitely important to play in a European club competition one day in the future.
"Actually, I am unable to predict when I will be able to do so, as I am under contract with Hoffenheim 1899 until June 2015.
"I have been handed the chance to develop as a player. Basically I want to focus on helping Hoffenheim achieve a good season."
