Bundesliga side Hamburg have announced the loan signings of Ola John from Benfica and Ouasim Bouy from Juventus.
John is a 21-year-old winger who has represented Holland at senior level, while Buoy is a 20-year-old attacking midfielder who spent last season on loan at Brescia.
Currently 14th in the table, Hamburg have had mixed fortunes so far this campaign but manager Bert van Marwijk is hoping that the duo's arrival will boost their chances of climbing the table.
"I am delighted we have signed two new players in Ola John and Ouasim Bouy," he said.
"Ouasim Bouy was a super talent back at Ajax. I have never seen him play, still I am aware of him.
"He will strengthen us in midfield. He had a bad injury but now he is back fit and is longing to play."
