Hamburg defender Michael Mancienne has rejected moves to Turkish duo Gaziantepspor and Rizespor, Sky Sports understands.
Hamburg are willing to sell former Chelsea man Mancienne as he does not figure in their long-term plans.
The 25-year-old joined Hamburg in the summer of 2011 after being lured to Germany by former Chelsea sporting director Frank Arnesen.
Turkish duo Gaziantepspor and Rizespor are both thought to have made enquiries for Mancienne, but the former England Under 21 international has snubbed their overtures as he is not interested in a move to Turkey.
A number of English clubs are thought to be monitoring Mancienne's sitution as they weigh up a move for the versatile performer.
