Austrian international David Alaba has penned a two-year extension on his deal at Bayern Munich.
The new contract will keep the 18-year-old midfielder, who joined Bayern three years ago, at the Allianz Arena until 2015.
Alaba has returned to the Bundesliga giants after spending the final half of last season on loan at Hoffenheim.
Bayern sports director Christian Nerlinger said: "In the next weeks we will decide together what the near future of David will look like and what would be the best thing for both sides.
"We are happy to have secured such a talented young player on a long-term basis."
Alaba, a youth product at Bayern, has made five senior appearances for the senior team.
He has also won eight caps for Austria since making his international debut in October 2009.
