Bayer Leverkusen general manager Rudi Voller has again ruled out the possibility of Arturo Vidal leaving BayArena this summer.
The Chile international has been expected to follow Leverkusen boss Jupp Heynckes to Bayern Munich, while Barcelona have also been linked with the midfielder.
But Vidal is under contract with Bundesliga runners-up Leverkusen until the summer of 2015 and Voller has reiterated that there are no plans to sell ahead of a season back in the UEFA Champions League.
Voller told Sport1 television: "If we had not have ended up in second place in the Bundesliga, we would certainly have had to consider selling players.
"We achieved second position in the league, this was a vital success. Not just financially, also emotionally.
"This was a good thing for everyone at this club. We won a final, so to say. And it looks OK to see Arturo Vidal remain at our club for one more season."
