Helsingborg claim written confirmation of Jonsson pursuit

Schalke are set to complete the free signing of striker Rasmus Jonsson in the summer, according to Helsingborg. The 21-year-old Swede looked set to be released in order to move to Germany in January before the transfer failed to materialise. But Swedish outfit Helsingborg claim that Felix Magath's Bundesliga club have confirmed in writing their interest in Jonsson and will return for the player at the end of the season. "The interest for Rasmus remains, we have got it on paper," Helsingborg director Paul Myllenberg told Sportbladet. "They have said that they will return in the summer transfer."
