Hoffenheim defender Jukka Raitala has joined SC Paderborn 07 on loan until the end of the season.
Versatile stopper Raitala, 21, joined Hoffenheim permanently from Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi after impressing during a loan spell.
The Finland international has now made the switch to the German second tier outfit in a bid to gain regular first-team action.
SC Paderborn 07 manager Andre Schubert told Neue Westfalische Zeitung: "We want to remain in the league come the end of the season and this mission will definitely be no easy job.
"But we have made some reinforcements including Jukka Raitala of Hoffenheim 1899, Edmond Kapllani of FC Augsburg and Dragan Georgiev of FSV Mainz 05. We are delighted to welcome them to SC Paderborn 07."
