Vagner Love's agent has claimed that negotiations are ongoing with a Bundesliga club, while the Brazilian finds the idea of playing in Germany appealing.
The CSKA Moscow striker revealed last month that Stuttgart were chasing his signature, although he also admitted he would prefer to go to England, Spain or Italy.
Love now concedes that he quite fancies playing in Germany amid fresh reports linking him with Hamburg.
"There are several clubs bidding and I can well imagine joining a club in the Bundesliga," the player told Kicker.
Love's representative Hendrik Hoppenworth has refused to confirm which club he has held discussions with.
Asked about the interest, Hoppenworth said: "There have been concrete talks, yes.
"But I am not going to say any more on that."
