Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness insists the club will not raise their offer for Heerenveen midfielder Danijel Pranjic.
The Bundesliga side have reportedly tabled a bid of £4.25million for the Croatia international after agreeing terms with the player.
Heerenveen, though, have placed a £6million price tag on the highly-rated 27-year-old, bringing proceedings to a halt.
Frustrated by the Dutch side's cash demands, Hoeness insists that Bayern stand firm on their initial offer.
"We have not yet found an agreement on the fee and so this transfer is far from being done," he told Kicker-Sportmagazin.
"If the people from SC Heerenveen do not lower their asking price for the player, we would not interfere when this transfer bursts up."
