Zambia international Chris Katongo has penned a three-year deal with Bundesliga outfit Arminia Bielefeld.
The 25-year-old spent his first day at the Schuco Arena on Tuesday after Bielefeld agreed a fee of around €1.5 million with Danish side Brondby.
"I am looking forward to the challenge here at Bielefeld and of playing in one of the best leagues in the world," Katongo told the German press.
Arminia sport director Detlev Dammeier also expressed his delight at the move, saying: "We have been preparing this transfer for some time.
"He is an experienced player who has both the game and the character to help us."
