Daniel van Buyten's agent claims the Belgium international defender is not looking to leave Bayern Munich.
The out-of-favour stopper has spent most of the season on the bench with coach Ottmar Hitzfeld preferring Lucio and Martin Demichelis as his central defensive pairing.
However, the former Hamburg and Manchester City man is not prepared to give up his fight for first-team football at the Allianz Arena just yet.
"He doesn't want to leave the club," Christophe Henrotay told Kicker. "Daniel feels at home in Munich."
Van Buyten looks likely to play in Bayern's final Bundesliga encounters before the winter break following Lucio's four-match suspension and Henrotay feels this could be the chance his charge has been looking for.
"Who knows if the coach will still feel the need for a new player," he added referring to Bayern's interest in Brazilian starlet Breno.
