Parma have said that they are prepared to sell forward Ishak Belfodil this summer - but only for 11 million euros.
Speaking to Radio Rai, Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi was quite firm on Belfodil's future.
Ghirardi said: "Belfodil has requests from many European sides and also from Italy.
"We are evaluating the situation with calm because we kept him in January despite receiving an offer for him.
"That was a mistake because his form in the second half of the season suffered as a result.
"It is normal that when big clubs arrive with massive wages it is right to let these players leave."
Belfodil signed for Parma in 2012 and has been linked with Juventus, Milan and Inter in recent weeks. But, Ghirardi said any side who wishes to buy him must meet his valuation.
He added: "We turned down an offer from a foreign side last week because we considered it as too low.
"We rejected 11 million euros at the start of the year so he won't be leaving for anything less than that."
