Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi has warned coach Pasquale Marino to quickly halt the club's dire run of form.
The club have not won since the opening Serie A weekend and dropped into the relegation zone with a 2-0 defeat at Napoli on Sunday.
Prior to Sunday's defeat, Parma's sporting director Pietro Leonardi insisted under-fire boss Marino was the man to turn the team's fortunes around.
But president Ghirardi insists he wants improved results from Marino in the next two games.
The coach, who was appointed over the summer, has Thursday's game at home to high-flying Sampdoria followed by a trip to bottom side Bari on Sunday to impress the president.
Ghirardi told La Repubblica: "I am not happy for sure and things are not going as we expected.
"It's clear that everyone is under exam, the players and the coach, who is also unhappy with the situation.
"I have not spoken about ultimatums though. I will analyse the next two games and then reach a conclusion."
