Emanuele Filippini will remain on loan at Parma for another season, while winger Jonathan Bachini will stay with Brescia.
Both enjoyed successful spells at their respective loan clubs last season and now both will get another chance to impress.
The news is a boost for Brescia, who have been struggling to add to their squad so far this summer.
Their legendary striker Roberto Baggio, who has just undergone a knee operation, is concerned about the club.
"I am really worried about Brescia's situation," he said.
"I actually haven't even made my mind up whether I will leave, because I am overcoming this little operation.
"But I think I will surely stay and see how things go."
