The Italian champions are keen to lure Lamouchi to Stadio Delle Alpi and are willing to offer Cristian Zenoni in exchange.
Parma have recently stated that they would not stand in Lamouchi's way if he wanted to quit the club during this month's transfer window.
Lamouchi has been linked to Liverpool on a repeated basis while Internazionale have run the rule over the 31-year-old this season.
Old Lady coach Marcello Lippi is ready to pip that duo to Lamouchi's signature and has no qualms about releasing Zenoni.
The defender has struggled to force his way into the Juve team this term and he would solve Parma's right back predicament.
The main stumbling block to concluding the deal is how the transfer is organised as there is disparity between the two players' valuations.
A likely solution will see Lamouchi and Zenoni swap clubs until the end of the season with Juve taking an option to sign the Gallic ace permanently in the summer.
