Rolando Maran has been named as the new boss of Serie A side Catania following Vincenzo Montella's exit.
Montella left to join Fiorentina after guiding Catania to an impressive 11th-placed finish in Serie A in his only season in charge.
Maran has moved to the Stadio Massimo from Varese after losing the Serie B play-off final against Sampdoria this weekend.
He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously managed Bari, Brescia, Cittadella, Treiestina and Vicenza.
