Legrottaglie rewarded for excellent form with fresh terms
Juventus have been handed a tonic with the news defender Nicola Legrottaglie has agreed a new two-year deal.
New terms will keep Legrottaglie in Turin for another two seasons, in a deal which will run until the end of the 2009-10 season.
Legrottaglie had looked set to leave the Old Lady in the pre-season but injuries to several of his team-mates gave him an opportunity in Claudio Ranieri's first XI.
And he has not disappointed with a series of excellent displays, which have seen him rewarded with a new contract.
It is expected that Legrottaglie will put pen-to-paper in the next few days.
