West Ham's Lionel Scaloni is enjoying his football in The Premiership so much that he is now hoping to secure a permanent move to The Hammers.
The versatile defender originally joined the East Londoners in January to strengthen his chances of going to the World Cup with Argentina.
Scaloni is only on loan with Alan Pardew's side from Deportivo La Coruna until the season's end, but is keen on exploring the opportunity of making his switch a permanent arrangement.
"If there is a possibility of staying at West Ham, then it is something I would certainly consider as I already know that this is a very good club to play for," he said.
Scaloni is currently out of Depor coach Joaquin Caparros' plans and the club could be willing to part with his services permanently for a sizeable fee.
